How to create business & project?

Go to Partner dashboard >https://www.partner.aisensy.com/


  1. Click on Businesses in the left side of the Partner portal



2.Click on Create new business button


3..Enter the Name of the Project, this will be visible in the UI of the Whitelabel dashboard (Only if WL Partnership).


4.Email ID & Company name of the business to whom you are onboarding.Other details like company name, business website & Phone number. Please note that this phone number is just used for business creation only, this can differ from the WhatsApp business API.




Note: Once the business is created, the default project gets created


  1. Once the Business is created, you need to click on Reset password so that the mail gets triggered to Client over the same mail Id which was used while creating business.


Clients will be able to reset the password through the no-reply email.


Once the user clicks on reset password, They need to go to the Whitelabel portal link & enter the mail ID as username & password to login to the business & You are ready to go ahead with embedded signup.
