How to create business & project?

Go to Partner dashboard >https://www.partner.aisensy.com/

Click on Businesses in the left side of the Partner portal

1.Click on Create new business button

2.Enter the Name of the Project, this will be visible in the UI of the Whitelabel dashboard (Only if WL Partnership).

3.Email ID & Company name of the business to whom you are onboarding.Other details like company name, business website & Phone number. Please note that this phone number is just used for business creation only, this can differ from the WhatsApp business API.

Once the business is created, the default project gets created:

Once the Business is created, you need to click on Reset password so that the mail gets triggered to Client over the same mail Id which was used while creating business.

Clients will be able to reset the password through the no-reply email.

Once the user clicks on reset password, They need to go to the Whitelable portal link & enter the mail ID as username & password to login to the business & You are ready to go ahead with embedded signup.

How to create a Plan family?

How to Add a Plan Family for the Platform Subscription

Follow these steps to create a Plan Family for the Platform Subscription (Basic and Pro Plans):

Step 1: Access the Partner Dashboard

1. Log in to your Partner Dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Plan Details section from the left-side menu.

   
   

Step 2: Create a Subscription Plan Family

1. In the Subscription Plan Family section, click on the Create button.

2. A pop-up window labeled Create Plan Family will appear.

   
   

Step 3: Configure Pricing Details

1. In the Pricing Details section, you will see pre-set AiSensy Prices for different plans:
   • Basic Monthly
   • Basic Yearly
   • Pro Monthly

   • Pro Yearly

     
     

2. Adjust the Margin values as per your pricing strategy. The platform will automatically update Your Platform Prices based on the margin entered.

   

   
   

Step 4: Proceed to Plan Creation

1. After setting up the pricing and margins, click the Next button.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the plan creation process.

   
   

Step 5: Review and Finalize

1. Verify the entered details to ensure accurate pricing.
2. Click Save to confirm the creation of the Plan Family.

Your new Plan Family will now be listed under the Subscription Plan Family section, ready for use in the platform subscription.

Note: Please note that this deduction will only happen from the centralised balance, the centralised balance will only be deducted upon renewal of the billing cycle.

2. The subscription charges will be deducted as per AiSensy prices from centralised balance & not AiSensy prices + Margin amount.

How to create a WCC Plan  family from Partner dashboard?

There are two aspects of adding the WCC plan family, and one must be particular while adding the margins as these are reflected in the white-labeled dashboard of the client's UI.

1. Adding it in Bulk in percentage or custom margin

2. Adding Margin Manually

   
   

Note:

Please note that you need to either update the Percentage value or the custom value in order to update WCC margins in Bulk.

If you want to only edit for single country code please search it through ctrl+F & country name, Make sure to edit margin carefully according to the Conversation type.

1. In the Whatsapp conversation Plan Family section, click on the Create button.

2. A pop-up window labeled Create Plan Family will appear.

1. In the Pricing Details section, you will see pre-set AiSensy Prices for different type of conversations along with country code :

2. Adjust the Margin values as per your pricing strategy. The platform will automatically update Your WCC Prices based on the margin entered

How to assign the WCC to a project?

1. Go to partner dashboard
2. Click on Projects
3. Select the project or search through search bar.
4. go to plan setup
5. scroll down to WCC Credit
6. Select action if you want to add or subtract the added amount.

7. Enter the amount & click on add

   Note: Please note that as and when you add the wcc credit, the deduction doesn't happen from Centralised balance at that very moment until and unless utilised by the business i.e. if they are not doing messages the Centralised balance won't be deleted. As & when the messages are delivered the deduction happens from the centralised balance which are charged by AiSensy to the Partner according to the country code of the user to whom the messages are sent.

   
   

   All the WCC utilisation report can be fetched on the basis of Month and category against the project ID.

   
   

Billing section in Partner dashboard
